Another Successful Bear Season on Vancouver Island
We just wrapped up another highly successful bear season on Vancouver Island with nearly 100% success on great trophy bears including this giant 20-14/16 bear taekn in late April by Larry Houts of PA. Hunting for black bears on Vacouver Island is one of the most speactacular hunts in North America - beautiful country, great weather (well, maybe a little bit of rain...) and average sightings of 10-15 bears a day.
