Jim will be appearing at WILD TV's HuntFest event July 24-25 (Saturday-Sunday), conducting two (2) seminars daily, and signing autographs afterward. You can also meet Jim at the Cabela's booth at 10 a.m. July 24-25. Jim will be there promoting his new Signature lines of Cabela's backpacks and knives.

Please note that this is the ONLY HuntFest event for which Jim is scheduled to appear. Early in 2010, Jim was contacted by WILD TV about this appearance request. Because of prior commitments and deposits made on upcoming hunts, Jim could not commit at that time to either the Winnipeg or Edmonton shows. He contracted with WILD to appear only the two days at the Saskatoon event.

However, WILD issued TV and print ads that implied that Jim might be at all three events. We recently received complaints from attendees of the Winnipeg Hunt Fest who stated that they were led to believe that Jim would be appearing there, even though he never was scheduled to attend.

As soon as we became aware of the misleading ads, we immediately instructed WILD to pull these ads and to replace them with ads clarifying Jim's true appearance schedule. Unfortunately the damage was already done.
