The second annual Jim Shockey Desert Golf Shootout will be held at Loew’s Ventana Canyon Resort & Spa, January 30-31, 2010 in Tucson, Arizona with a portion of the proceeds going to help military vets go on hunts that they could not otherwise enjoy.

The first annual Shockey Shootout in 2009 raised more than $32,000 for charity. The 2010 golf event will once again be limited to the first 100 golfers registered, but the Saturday night banquet and Jim Shockey Meet & Greet is open to golfers and non-golfers alike!
 
Every golfer participating in the 2010 Jim Shockey Desert Golf Shootout will receive a Leupold Ultimate Slam 3-9X scope featuring the SABR (Sabot Ballistics Reticle)! At the Saturday evening event, guests will be able to meet Jim Shockey and the entire Shockey family and team for pictures, autographs and the chance to win tons of great prizes.  At last year’s event raffle and silent and live auction items included Primos ground blinds, a Thompson/Center Endeavor muzzleloader, Alpine Archery bows, SHE Safari clothing, ScentBlocker clothing, African safaris, Alaskan fishing trips, Stealth Cam scouting cameras and MUCH more!
