Headed for Anticosti Island
We arrived in Montreal day before yesterday from England. Yesterday we went out and toured downtown Montreal and looked at some antiques. Met up with our good friend Sigfried Gagnon. Was great to see him again. We picked up Eva who's going on this hunt as well. This morning we got up early to go catch the airplane to Anticosti there were 38 hunters to go to the camps on the far end of the island and the weather was too bad, so they cancelled the flights. All of the hunters came back and we have another day in Montreal. Catching up on some work, weather is still ugly, rainy, hopefully by tomorrow morning it will clear and we can take off and get into Anticosti for our hunt. It does happen, what can you do, that's hunting. All of the hunters understood, no complaints, everyone is looking forward to tomorrow. This hunt is hosted by our good friends at Tourisme Quebec ... we can't wait!
